My Mood Matters Mobile Terms & Conditions

By checking the box that I would like to receive text messages, I am giving my consent to receive My Mood Matters tips, medication and refill reminders via text message to my mobile device. Messages will be sent daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on your selections and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from all My Mood Matters messages at any time by texting“STOP” to 39596. You can unsubscribe from medication reminders by texting "NOMED" to 39596. You can unsubscribe from refill reminders by texting"NOREFILL" to 39596. You can unsubscribe from tips by texting "NOTIPS" to 39596. Assistance can be received by texting “HELP” to 39596.

There is no fee charged by My Mood Matters to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply—this can be confirmed with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Consent is not a requirement for purchase.

Data obtained from you in connection with this MMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time, and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us and this information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.

Alerts sent via MMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any MMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
