VRAYLAR® (cariprazine) List Price

The list price, also known as the wholesale acquisition cost (WAC), for a 30-day supply of VRAYLAR is $1,446.55 as of January 2024. However, the amount you will pay will largely depend on your health insurance coverage.

You may be able to pay less for VRAYLAR with VRAYPAYSM

Join our savings program, VRAYPAYSM, and you may be able to decrease your out-of-pocket costs. Depending on your insurance coverage, new eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 for their first two 30-day fills and as little as $5 for 30- or 90-day refills of VRAYLAR or may pay as little as $0 per 30-day supply for each of up to twelve (12) prescription fills or as little as $0 per 90-day supply for each of up to four (4) prescription fills of a generic antidepressant up to $200 per fill.*
