The amount you pay for VRAYLAR can depend on a number of factors, including your access to prescription drug coverage, the type of insurance you have, and even the level of coverage your insurance may provide.

VRAYLAR® (cariprazine) List Price

The list price, also known as the wholesale acquisition cost (WAC), for a 30-day supply of VRAYLAR is $1,377.67 as of January 2023. However, the amount you will pay will largely depend on your health insurance coverage.

Depending on insurance coverage, eligible patients may pay as little as $5 for each of up to twelve (12) prescription fills. In such instances, eligible patients who have not previously registered for a VRAYLAR® (cariprazine) savings card may pay as little as $0 for their first two (2) 30-day fills. Eligible patients whose insurer does not cover VRAYLAR® (cariprazine) or where coverage restrictions have not been satisfied may pay as little as $75 per 30-day supply for each of up to twelve (12) prescription fills. Check with your pharmacist for your copay discounts. Maximum savings limit applies; patient out-of-pocket expenses may vary.
